Collarbone pain when raising arm

Doctors and PT didn't help, 4 months of rest didn't help either, what do I do?

Hello!

in April I had a normal workout day (pushups, horizontal rows), nothing hurt even after finishing. When I woke up, I couldn't raise my left arm above head because of pain in my collarbone. It has persisted until today, even after various visits to PT and doctor (had X-ray, nothing found).

It hurts more or less in the middle of the collarbone and I can best reproduce it by having my arm extended out parallel to the ground and start slowly raising it higher. Basically right away I can feel a very painful "pinching/nerve" pain under the collarbone, as if something started to grind over it and wants to snap, but can't. Also, in the "pit" above collarbone, I can feel LOTS of weird grinding/popping/snapping what feels like tendons or muscles when I do shoulder rolls or arm circles. When I do shoulder shrugs or arm circles, the pain in collarbone is present as well, but this time it actually snaps on every rep and it's quite painful.

I would like to add, that when I do arm circles or the shoulder rolls, my left shoulder blade hurts as well. I'm 100% sure it must be connected as I've never felt either of this pain until 4 months ago. I'm desperate as it limits me basically from any exercise and I don't know where to turn for help.

Hoped some of you might be knowledgeable to maybe navigate me in the right direction, or possibly someone had the same issue.

I'm adding pictures to better show where it hurts.

the shoulderblade is harder to pinpoint, but it's just in that general area.

You have no idea how relieved I would be if I finally knew the issue, can't wait to resolve it...

Thank you!
