What do you guys think og the order of a weekly program where you train: day 1 chest. day 2 back and shoulder. day 3 legs. day 4 arms? :)

Sounds ok but how heavy are you trying to go on day 1 with chest day? Im asking because you can weaken your shoulders out for day 2 when you do shoulders. When I do chest or shoulders I dont do them the exact day after because when you do incline bench for example your front delts are being activated which then can weaken out your shoulders when you do decide to hit shoulders.

That doesn't sound too bad. I actually have an 8 week program which follows a similar structure, but instead of 4 days it is a 5 day split.

You should think about giving it a go! http://muscularstrength.com/exclusive/summer-shred-challenge

Hey Scott, is the 8 week program you have for us ONLY to build muscle and strength? And in that sense it's also free correct? You said in your post under 12 week challenge that its huge for deadlifting and i dont do that. Anyways, i just need somewhere to start man.

Thank you bro. Once I get the hang of the second program (8 week) after a few months I may jump straight to the 12 week challenge just to spice things up and so I don't grow stale. Great to hear from you. I will update you on here with any other questions I may have

When you say "weight does not matter when building muscle"....that speaks volumes. It sounds true, now that i look at it from a biology perspective (muscle fatigue).

So are you saying that if i do the 12 week challenge i'd instead just be paying 14 dollars and not 21? cool.

The hardest part is just starting bro...i hope to get this right

For sure scott. I had a serious question actually. I ended up having mild carpal tunnel syndrome from typing too much notes on a small keyboard for school and am wondering if I can do anything to prevent further injury while working out with your program. It's not a good feeling and i was stupid when letting it happen, but i very much do not want it to get in the way of hitting the gym and preventing me from working out at all. The thought scares me lol

Would appreciate if you comment on this.
