I talked about this on the facebook page, but i think its something very important worth mentioning. I came up with an AWESOME, AMAZING, FAST, INSTENSE, etc ( I can go on all day) chest and back workout that will build build up lean mass,endurance, and a bit of strength because you are gonna be lifting heavy for some of the exercises.  This workout needs to be fast which means very little resting periods. Only rest to drink water!!!

 

7 rounds with each round consisting of

Dumbell Bench Press with heavy weight ( 3 to 5) reps

Lat pulldown with light to mod weight ( 8 to 12) reps

Dumbell chest flies light to mod weight ( 8 to 12 reps

Bent over rows - HEAVY weight ( 3 to 5) reps

 

After you complete all 7 rounds, do one  superset of chest dips and pull ups  10 to 20 reps or until failure.

Oh yeah Rishi I love stuff like this.  I usually do thse types of superset circuits on the weekends.

Herman... Bro, i wanna ask u abt chest workout. I had gone through every
methods of bench press, dumbell press, and a lot. But i can feel a lot of
pain in my triceps compare 2 my chest. Is it my bench press way is waste or
my triceps is weak..? THere is very slight development in my chest muscle...only upper chest but lower no changes
I dont have idea on what im doing on Chest Day. Feel
like wasting the whole day in gym I need ur advise, bro

Nice Rishi! Sounds like a really intense routine. Maybe i will give it a try

Try out dumbell flies or cable crossovers. Those are great for the chest. Check out your form. maybe have someone record and upload it on here and so we can help you out .

Your triceps are the seconday muscle being targeted when you workout chest so it would make sense if you are really sore after chest day. If you don't feel like you are targeting your chest enough then I would try the dumbbell or cable flys like Rishi said.
