I talked about this on the facebook page, but i think its something very important worth mentioning. I came up with an AWESOME, AMAZING, FAST, INSTENSE, etc ( I can go on all day) chest and back workout that will build build up lean mass,endurance, and a bit of strength because you are gonna be lifting heavy for some of the exercises. This workout needs to be fast which means very little resting periods. Only rest to drink water!!!
7 rounds with each round consisting of
Dumbell Bench Press with heavy weight ( 3 to 5) reps
Lat pulldown with light to mod weight ( 8 to 12) reps
Dumbell chest flies light to mod weight ( 8 to 12 reps
Bent over rows - HEAVY weight ( 3 to 5) reps
After you complete all 7 rounds, do one superset of chest dips and pull ups 10 to 20 reps or until failure.
