Hello Scott !

I'm currently 14 years old and I'm going to go to the gym next week.

I've been doing calisthenics and light weight training/bodyweight training for almost a year now.

The workout plan I'm going to use is Mike Rosas Muscle Mayhem.

And I'm wondering if it is a good workout program for me.

I'm a very energetic and determined person.

The only thing I've changed in the program are some exercises cause I don't want to risk injuring myself.

(btw it is a little messy so that's why I'm asking for help)

Thank you!

It looks like it gives a good variety of exercises and some decent muscle pairings. The main point to an exercise program is that it is one you enjoy doing, meets your goals, works for your fitness level, and is something you will do consistently. That paired with a proper nutrition plan will produce results - regardless of the exact workout routine.

I know Mike and I know this is a great program so I don't see a problem with you doing it at all, looks great! Just so long as you can handle that amount of volume?
