I like to periodize my training. I always train like this:
Mon: Back
Thu: Chest
Wed:Legs and Abs
Thur: Shoulders
Fri: Arms
Sat: Kardio or restday
Sun: Olympic lifts or restday
But, I have 4 different backworkouts, 4 different chestworkout and so on, so 1 week I train one typ of workout, and a different next week, for 4 weeks, then I start over! I like to train like this because it doesn´t get boring and motivates me to push harder!
