I like to periodize my training. I always train like this:

 

Mon: Back

Thu: Chest

Wed:Legs and Abs

Thur: Shoulders

Fri: Arms

Sat: Kardio or restday

Sun: Olympic lifts or restday

 

But, I have 4 different backworkouts, 4 different chestworkout and so on, so 1 week I train one typ of workout, and a different next week, for 4 weeks, then I start over! I like to train like this because it doesn´t get boring and motivates me to push harder!

This is fine but to maximize growth and strength you need to give your body time to adapt.  If you change workouts too frequently, your body will not adapt.   I would do 1 chest workout for 8 weeks then change to chest workout 2 for 8 weeks, etc.  This way, you give time to adapt but change things up enough to keep it interesting.  You still need to push yourself each week via intensity, TUT, and volume.
