Workout shoulder-biceps routine...

Anybody have idea for program shuolder's -biceps training day......i see this muscle's gropu very rarely people train together...?! Why,i going to traing it in my week routine.....any have problem with that??!...reply me some answers down nation... HTH!

This site is great!! Here can ahieve more experience and datebase of excersize than any other forums....in future i going to be one of most actived members of such a great site...and respect good friend Scott,he is done great job here,thanks for that Scott!! Hth!! :)

Hey Gagysha!

 

You can train any combination you want really. Try this for your split. Work it as a superset

 

4 sets of 12 - 15 reps PER superset

 

Superset 1

1. Standing Barbell Shoulder Press

2. Barbell Curl

 

Superset 2

1. Bent-over Fly

2. Inside grip Barbell Curl

 

Superset 3

1. Dumbbell Front Raise

2. Dumbbell Hammer Curl

I can tell u that my shoulder's have good feeling,but when im doing next day deadlift's and upright row for traps,i feel bicep's have fatigue,soree very well...nice workout!! :) Forearms too,i thing that he going to explode on that day!! BUM!! #HTH

haha sounds like it! But after a few workouts, your body will be used to this hardcore training and you will be lifting all kinds of weight! Happy New Year broths! #HTH
