Dips(weighed) 4 10 60 sec
SUPERSET 1
Arnold press 4 8 to 10
Lateral raises 4 8 to 10 60 sec.
SUPERSET 2
Bicep curls 4 8 to 10
Skull crushers 4 8 to 10 60 sec.
SUPERSET 3
Hammer curls 4 8 to 10
Triceps pulldown 4 8 to 10 60 sec.
