@Darkshadow If you have a program to do, doesn't it have exercises to do as well? If not, you can start with one of the programs here on the site! If you're a newbie I suggest starting with PPL to work yourself into the swing of things. https://muscularstrength.com/Push-Pull-Legs
Just make sure the @mealplan you're following has you in a calorie surplus to build muscle! Use the calculator on the @mealplan page to make sure you're on track!
