Hey man, good to hear that you want to make some good food choices ! I would have protein bars available at all times, they are fine in a hurry but dont eat them to often. This is because most of them have a lot of sugar in them. But keeping them there is a very good plan so that when you do need them, they are there. Also keep oatmeal in your drawer, not sure if you have access to milk or a microwave at work ? You can warm oatmeal up with some water and them add fruits for instance. You can also keep dried fruits and canned foods (suck as beans), moreover you can have nuts with you, like cashews or walnuts. It is also not a bad idea to either find or make some healthy bread to have with you. If you have access to milk you can take some healthy cereals.

Let me know if you need some more ! Hope this helps !

Thats good ! The best option is always food so I think you are making the right choice !! Also great stuff on the oatmeal, the old fashioned is much better as far as I know.
