Through eight months of training, I have gotten to:
1/16/17
Forearms - 12" (+~1.75")
Thigh - 24.5" (+2.5")
Calves - 16" (1" - Haven't trained calves in a month because of foot injury)
Shoulders - 20" (+1.75")
Chest - 40.5" (+2")
Arms -15" (+1.5")
Neck - 16" (+.75")
Bodyfat % - 14% (+0.5%)
Weight Gain - ~16 lbs.
Is this respectable progress?
