My chest genetics are shit, and my uneven hips really throws of my physique imo.

Other than that, what bodyparts should I focus more on?

I think you are being a bit harsh on yourself man, there's nothing wrong with your chest and whether your hips are un-even or not, you still have that v-taper going on with the wide shoulders - got to look at the positives!

The main question would be, what body parts do YOU think need more work or more focus? It's your body and only you will know what you really want to improve on!

Hehe you have to be a little harsh on yourself sometimes. 😃

There is a gap between my chest, which makes it look kinda odd, in this picture I have a little pump so it's not as noticeable, but yeah it's not terrible. I think it'll show less when the muscles get bigger though, so gotta keep grinding.

I think I mostly want to improve my arms to make my physique as balanced as possible rn, I have really long arms, even for my height, so when they are unflexed they don't look very big.

I'm pretty happy about where I am at though!

Oh and btw, I liked your vlog video, it's cool to see you actually doing your full program🏋

Very true @SkinnyDude, always looking to improve, I like that man! If you're looking to work on that inner chest a bit more, you should try the single-arm cable pushdown. I'll link you to a video below for it.

I know what you mean about your arms - longer levers can tend to have that effect where they don't always look as 'full'. Try to work on the inside head (short head) a bit more if you want to try and get a more full look - what's been helping me has also been my Cheat & Recover reps and really overloading them.

Glad you liked the vlog man! 😊

I agree with Scott as I too am too harsh on myself given my age and body make-up. However, you have very good leanness, good muscle bellies and muscle shape, and broad shoulders with a good shoulder to waist ratio. You are in a lot better starting shape than many other people - even those who have been lifting awhile. I would keep doing what you and doing and focus on all body parts and take advantage of the fact that you are naturally lean.

I don't know how long you have been lifting, but over time your muscle bellies will fill in and mature and give you more of a larger and "hardened" look - provided you maintain your leanness.
