What should I focus on to be the Best ME? Or at least the most ripped version?

Thanks for giving me 3 focus point for the next 90 day training cycle

New to the group Scott and I would love you input.

It's tough when you work out with your videos everyday and you feel so pumped until you take off your own shirt and feel flat chested or have oblique envy.

When I look at my photos I feel lik emy trap, upper chest, and lower abs should be focused on to improve the impact of my shirt off look.

WHat do you think ? And what muscle gain or lean up program shohuld I work through next ?

All teh BEST !!!

Hey Will! Physique is looking pretty good man! Obviously we all have areas that we need to work on, so these would be my suggestions.

For the chest, it might help you to do a bit more incline work, or at least make that the focus on your training. Your chest doesn't look too bad overall, but maybe improve the upper area would give it that fuller look. So if you aren't already, maybe starting your workouts with some incline dumbbell press would be a good option, and hitting it twice a week with that as well.

For the traps, as you will probably know if you've been watching my videos, rack pulls above the knee have REALLY got my traps firing and growing. So I suggest those, as well as again, more frequency. Superset some shrugs or upright rows into your routine even when you aren't isolating traps/shoulders for the day.

And with the abs, if you don't already, split your ab work into two different areas - one day with an upper ab focus, one day with a lower ab/oblique focus. If you hit the lower abs/obliques twice a week, maybe make one day a heavy day and one day a volume day.

Just adding to what Scott said, Reverse Grip Bench Press works extremely well for upper-chest. In my opinion better than incline bench. You could also do Incline Reverse Grip.

Awesome! Hope it helps! And good addition from Brett, reverse grip bench press is AWESOME for the upper chest! Cheat & Recover is also live now so if you wanted to start that program to get a lot of overloading and volume in, that will help thoses areas you feel are weaker improve! It certainly helped my weaker areas!! https://muscularstrength.com/cheat-and-recover
