for 2 years your back looks great ! Good proportions too ! Depending on your goal, I would just keep training and improving your back overall.

Maybe just the light but it looks like your left lower back is a little less developed than your right side, doing stuff like back raises with weights will even this out.

@NitroDaxs Awesome progress over 2 years bro! So many back gains!

You're already starting to get your v-taper to become pretty prominent which is always good. Your lats are showing through pretty well, maybe a bit more rowing could help the middle / upper back come through more too (though that might also be about getting leaner)?

Not saying anything looks bad, but if you are looking for areas you can improve, that might be something you look at. It all comes down to how you feel about yourself and your back - you will know by looking at the picture what you want to improve!

Hey NitroDaxs, just keep focus on gaining mass and that back will continue to improve. It looks very good btw, arms are solid as well. My only critique would be that you need a bit more upper back/trap thickness. I didn't notice this in the first post, but the lat spread confirmed this. I agree with Scott's assessement, so perhaps up your rowing volume and hit some overloading exercises to really bring it up. The cheat and recover program will surely be beneficial in this regard. Keep up the good work!

Back physique looks great! When you do the lat spread, you can see so much potential for rhomboids and trapezius to really fill in there!

Things like horizontal pulls (rows) and shrugs will really help - but it's looking great!
