I've been cutting for about 8 months now, and ive lost about 60lbs. In total, my chest was about 49 inches and has gone down to around 43. My arms were 16 inches and now are 15. I'm getting to the stage now where im curious about my overall BF% as my target is to get to 20% and reevaluate what I Want to do. (Which will probably be to continue cutting and get down to around 15%) I Was hoping a few of you could take a look at these pictures ive found off the internet and compare it to mine and tell me which categories you think im between. I can see myself somewhere in the high 20s, low 30s but ive had other people tell me im more towards the 25% mark which I really cannot see myself. I was hoping some unbiased, fresh eyes would be able to give me a more realistic number!

@davidjames951 Congrats on losing 60lbs man, that's awesome!!

I would say you're probably around the 25% - 30% range. Probably more like 25% - 28% as a guesstimation.

Have you used the calculator on the @mealplan page to figure out your macros and calories for your cut? Are you still losing weight or has your progress stalled?

Well I was on and off for about a month or so, but just got back on now and the weight is going down. Seems my body struggles to go past 210lbs. I usually limit my carb intake, my macro split at the minute is 2135 on gym days and 1835 on non gym days which consists of P: 30%, C: 20% and F: 50%. My calories used to be around 2200 but progess did slow down and taking 100 off did seem to do the trick for now atleast.

@davidjames951 Well if you are losing weight at the moment then you can stick with what you are doing. Sounds like you are already pretty low on calories os if you stall again, it might be a good idea to add in more cardio / HIIT circuits to burn more calories rather than drop down below 2000 calories daily, if you can.

Your percentages sound good though, going low carb should be helping with the fat loss! Just make sure you are getting at least 1.2g - 1.5g protein per pound of lean bodyweight 💪
