So on my board i wrote a little blurb. I am 28 and im looking at starting to put on muscle. After loosing 75 lbs. I need to start filling my body out? im on FBE right now. Any suggestions would be great. I only have access to Cafetiria style foods and really think that's why in not getting results. I eat on a typical day, Chicken breast or fish, Veggies and try to stay away from carbs except for oatmeal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. pictures are before and after.

@Dzowen I replied on your board, but will post again here too.

Great transformation David! You've gotten ripped man! Have you been to the @mealplan page to do some calculations for your macros and calories? That will be a good starting point. As for what foods to focus on, you can check out this list: https://muscularstrength.com/article/healthy-shopping-list-for-life for some ideas.

Basically try to keep your surplus small (250 - 500 calories above maintenance), keep your protein high and keep your carbs moderate. Obviously you want more carbs while bulking, but you have to find the balance between having a good amount of carbs and not going overboard (if carbs tend to make you store fat easily).

Also, I deleted one of your @forum posts because you accidentally made two the same haha.
