Can't believe that i'm now up to 20 inches; the human body is an amazing machine!

 

It goes to show that even with Fibromyalgia, with the right mind-set, training and nutrition, your life's not over.

These are my box jump gains over the last week. When I was jumping 20" two weeks ago it seemed easy. So I just kept adding a plate each session. Yesterday was 26" and that feels more of a challenge. Hope to be at 28" by the end of the month.
