Here is a typical day of my meal plan...any comments would be very much appreciated.!

Doesn't look too bad @jafarakos!

 

I would get some more fruits and vegetables in there if you can.. and maybe not rely on so much protein powder.. could you get some more meat in at dinner? Or some beans in there somewhere?

 

If you can't though, it's OK to retain what you have.. is it working for you?

ahh,yeah bro you are right...truth is I already have fruits and vegetables but usually I don't write them down cause they don't make any difference on the total calories numbers.

You are right about the protein tho, I could add more chichken I guess and lower the powder, thank you very very much so far.

 

 

Ah, and one more thing @scott_herman, what do you mean by "doesn't look too bad"...? Does it really seems like a bad meal plan, but not sooo bad?? (really trying to figure it out the last months, according to my daily schedule). crysealed

Well I'm just saying it doesn't look bad. Looks good apart from all the missing fruits and veges haha. You need to be calculating them because they all have calories as well.
