I am 15 years old, 160lbs 5'10. I have been weight lifting heavy for almost a year now, and I have made some pretty decent gains. I went from 130lbs to 160lbs, without knowing that nutrition is key. I heard that 20% of it is the actual exercise and 80% is nutrition. I am getting confused with when to eat, how much to eat, and if I am gaining muscle/fat. I tried the meal planner on the website and these were my results:
Calories: 3765
216g of protein
65g of fat
579g of carbs! What?!!?!
I don't know how to get ACCURATE macro goals. I am about 10% bf, I would like to get lower, but I'd also like to get bigger alongside that. I know it seems silly to be worried about this, but I would like to know since I am still young AND before I mess up without getting the proper knowledge I need.
