I’m not sure what happened but i lost 5 pounds last few weeks and all i can figure is my body composition changed. Maybe i lost fat and gained some muscle?
I have been pretty strict with my food intake and i keep a daily log book to be sure i get my intake right.
Maybe its time i get my body fat % checked and recalculate my macros?
I have to admit with spring time here i have been busy with extra work on my 5 acres of land, maybe thats the factor. Anyway i guess my point is we gotta stay villigant and aware of what our body needs.
