I am 22 yo, 175cm and 63kg, my body fat is 13%,
I'm starting to create my mealplan but I can't figureout some problems. On the page "meal planner" the calculator of BMR request the exercise level, what I should choose "little or no excersise" o "light exercise" (I am using the MONTH1 program). About MACRO what I should choose "lean muscle gain"?
I know from your video Scott that I should eat 1.5 grams of protein. Because I don't think I need to loose weight and after muscle growth, I think I can do both at the same time.
