I am eating about .75lbs steak, 3/4 cup rice, whole bag of veggies, 5-6 eggs and some cheese. I am sitting right around 199 and have been lifting hard for about a year and working out hard for about 2 years. I'm 5'8" short and stocky and strong. What would be good foods to round out my diet and help me grow and lose fat? Thanks everyone!!!
