In the first article he outlines some equations to calculate one's calorific requirements… working out the BMR then multiplying by an activity factor.
Now there's no mention however of workout nutrition - is this added on top of the numbers we are given - eg. work out the Dynamic Energy Expenditure and add on top, for example, two servings of Surgeon training days and eat just the DEE on nontraining days… or do we take the workout nutrition from the DEE so every day has the same calorific requirements?
