Nothing beats supersets combined with burn sets to maximize your workout volume and muscle fiber stimulation during your workout! #HTH #SHFAthlete

 

This was the last exercise I did in my chest workout.

 

I began my workout with 3 sets of 8 reps each for Dumbbell Bench Press, Incline Dumbbell Bench Press, and Decline Barbell Bench Press.

 

Keep in mind only the FIRST set of each exercise is a burn set where you drop the weight 2 - 3 times.

I've done high-to-low cable fly serveral times in the past few months. It's really hard for me to focus my chest. Sometimes I felt like I used too much strength from my arms. One time that I couldn't finish the 3rd set because my right shoulder gave out. I don't feel like using too much strenght from arms now but I don't feel much on my chest either. I feel like I can focus on my chest more by using pec fly machine. Any tips? I don't want to stick with only pec fly machine. People love that machine. Last Thursday, I had to wait for 3 people to use that machine!!!

Oh no! Well we don't want you waiting in line that long!

 

Maybe you are not retracting your shoulders enough when you lift? If you don't pull them back you definitely bring way more delts into play during the lifts.

 

Try retracting your shoulder blades when doing the flys and see how that works for you brotha! #HTH

Hey Man!

 

Thought I would give this a go after completing your CHEST: Bigger, Fuller, Stronger! workout on Monday.

 

No doubt my chest will be FRIED by the time I'm finished!
