I was doing just the normal ones of these up until a couple of weeks ago...might be time to get back into them and take it to the next level by targeting the obliques I think!

I love this type of ab exercise. A word of caution to all newbies, you should work up to this type of ab workout instead doing this right out of the box. I say this because I did this type of ab workout several years ago before I had a stronger core and received a nice hernia...ugh!! My core is much stronger now and can handle more of this type of ab workout.
