Hi Scott and all my new friends ! i've been cutting for 2 month now , already lost 11lbs . Right now im stuck at 161lbs for two weeks. Im trying to loss fat and make my abs visible. Do i need to do something with my macros ? i train 5 day a week and end it with 20minute cardio . Please help me because i need to my abs in end of July .

4.Bodyfat : 20%

5.Goal : Gain Muscle , Fat Loss , Have six pack

6.How Long Have You Been Exercise : 11 Months

7.Calories: I dont know 

8.Macro: I count my macro , protein : 106, carb : 100g , fat 40g

9.Injuries or Restrictions : None

What are your macros?
maybe you're eating too much

Usually, all cuts stall. You're a certain weight when you calculate them initially but then you have to adjust them as you keep cutting because your BMR will go down.

That's usually why I recommend starting with a caloric cut and then moving into HIIT sessions so that cutting can be made as a more gradual process instead of losing a bunch of lbs first and then stalling out and grinding out the last few lbs forever


Post your macros and I'll try to figure something out.
