Dear Scott,
I have been working out for almost a year. I have gained about 28lbs of weight overall. My diet approach has kept my gains lean, however, sitting at around 180lbs now, my neck has a noticeably higher % of fat than any other part of my body. I don't want to cut in my diet as the rest of my body is sitting at a good body fat % and is ready for bulking, but then I also understand I can't spot reduce fat around my neck. Are there any tweaks or suggestions you have for me to try and fix and cut down on the fat surrounding my neck. Genetically I do have a rounded face and I accept this doesn't help the aesthetic either.
