Sir i had cough and digestive problems due to which i was not able to work out for 5 days.

Will this effect?Because yesterday I did biceps and triceps but i am not able to see that growth which used to occur earlier.

Is this due to my sickness?

@Puchu it might take a couple of days to get back to 100% with your training. But as long as you make sure you get your diet back on track then you'll be back to where you were before in no time! 💪

While doing shoulder workout ,my left bone of my left shoulder is slightly up than the bone of right shoulder. Is it any problem with the workout or should i stop it ?

Even when i stand normally one of the shoulder''s look somewhat bent forward.

Could be an imbalance. Could be because of tightness somewhere in your back or shoulder. It could even be a posture issue.. which again could just be tightness somewhere.

Is one shoulder stronger than the other? Or it just seems to sit higher?

Yes sir one shoulder is stronger that is the right shoulder.

So it could be an imbalance then. Try doing some exercises where you work one shoulder at a time. Using dumbbells or cables will be useful for this. Always start with your weaker shoulder, and let that dictate how much weight you use and how many reps you do. Over time you should balance out the strength between the two, and you can see if that also helps visually.

If it does, it was probably just a muscle imbalance. If there is still one shoulder sitting higher than the other, maybe go and see a physical/massage therapist to see if there is any tightness/posture issue that can be fixed.
