Hi all!
Today i've completed my 1st month in the gym and i'm looking forward to change my workouts.
Do you guys think i could stop doing my regular workout and start following the Skinny/Hardgainers series? I've done the triceps and biceps videos and i feel like im doing so much better with it than my regular workout, specially because Scott doesn't use machines for most of them.
Also, would you recommend me to do 2 of them per day? For example:
Monday: Back https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hOwkrdG1zJw
Biceps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hs89sV7mQLs&t=522s
Tuesday: Chest - Triceps and so on? or is it better to do 1 muscle group per day?
