I just wanted to know which deadlift would be better for a person who has short arms?. For example my height is 5 Foot 8.5 (68.5 inches) and my swingspan is 67 meaning my height is bigger than my wingspan. So which version would be optimal for me?

Height or the length of your levers isn't going to have a massive impact. Try both and see what you prefer. Also, check out this video if you haven't already.

What about deficit deadlifts scott. I watched your deficit deadlifts video and I done the measurments. Wingspan - Height / 2. And I got -0.75. So should I continue to deficit deadlift when I already pull at a deficit usually. I deadlift for 1-5 reps and I also include romanian deadlifts.

@zain1221 I mean.. if you can get down that low to still do deficit deadlifts.. you can.. otherwise leave them out.. but if your arms are longer, then even being a taller guy you should still be able to utilize deficit deadlifts.. just perhaps not a massive deficit.
