So I make my own pre workout which consist of beta al, bcaas, caffeine, creatine, L-Luc.
During the push pull legs I’d like to have a little more pump during these workouts since I find myself lagging. I have been making a Intra workout drink that consists of bcaas and Skratch Labs electrolyte mix which has glucose as carbs. It seems to help, but I don’t like introducing too much sugar into my diet. Are there any other things I can try? I would use the NO Explodes and your products, but they contain artificial colors that I do not like consuming.
