80% of the results in 20% of the time? Best program to workout all the major muscles in the least amount of time

What's the minimum time to hit everything? What is the minimum number of workouts needed per week to make gains over time? Once a week?

The Pareto principle says that you can get 80% of the results from 20% of the effort by only focusing on the most efficient uses of time.

I'm hoping this exists for building muscle.  I know with Cardio, High Intensity Interval Training gets really good results in a fraction of the time.  What's the equivalent for building muscle?

What's the smallest amount of time to hit all the major muscle groups?

What is the minimum number of workouts needed per week to make gains over time?  Once or twice a week?

Finally what is the gym equipement version of such a workout vs the calesthetics version?

Researches came up with this calisthenic 7 minute workout but I don't think it would be enough to build muscle mass.

I know I saw you do super hard variations of pushups which would probably take someone a long time to max out.

Thanks!

Haha. Everyone is always looking for the easy way out, but I took a look at the article and I was pleasantly surprised, and glad to see, that they actually said a 7 minute workout isn't a miracle worker. They don't even talk about it being a muscle gain routine either which is good to see, they are honest about how effective it actually would be.

There's no doubt you can get a decent calorie burn in 7 minutes though and like they say, it's better than nothing.
