I've been having shoulder pain during certain exercises for a few months. I finally got an MRI and the doctor said it's something with a ligament and I need to let it rest and heel. He said to not work out for about 2-3 weeks (hopefully it won't be any longer than that).
As I've mentioned in other posts, I'm skinny overall (158lbs, 5'10) but have some belly fat. Since my goal is to build muscle, I've been trying to bulk up first, and then I figured I'd try to cut to get rid of the belly fat. However, since I have to take a break from working out for a few weeks, I thought I could take this time to at least do some cardio (which I haven't been doing) and try to lose some of that belly fat. If I do cardio (treadmill) twice a week, how long should each session be?
