Hey Scott. This is a perfect opportunity to talk to you about this. I am eager as ever to really kick the 12 week program off into high gear, and I don't want nothing to hinder it. However, we know life isn't always fair. In fact, I have a lot of other personal things happening in my life that also need my undivided attention. I don't want to make excuses, nor am I making one up right now. I already know nobody can do the work for me. Just me and me only! I guess I am seeking encouragement from you on how I can continue on with the 12 week program, and still devote time and attention to the crisis that are happening in my personal life. I am seeking to balance them off. So far, in all of my efforts of training on my own, I am succeeding very little. So Coach Herman, where shall I go from here? Whatever you tell me, I WILL LISTEN!

Well @Co14, if training and reaching your goals means a lot to you, then you HAVE to make it a priority. For me that meant getting up early and hitting the gym so that I still get my workout in, but so that I also have time for family and my business and everything else.

At the end of the day you have to make the time for it if it's important to you. Maybe mornings won't work for you, but you have to make time to hit the gym if you are serious about it. Only you can find the will power to make it happen!

Hey Scott. Thank you for this. Your advice is caffine for my mind. I already know this, and I practice this every week. No matter how tired I am, or no matter how busy I get, I always find time to workout. I had to really pause and think about what I have been doing so far, before seeing your response. I am actually doing good so far in being committed to the gym and my workouts. In fact, every time I get low mentally, I just turn on your youtube videos. And some how, that pumps me up for my next workout. I am going to the gym early this morning as I speak. Once this caffine is fully in me, I am ready to go. Again and again, I can't thank you enough for the support you provide in the airwaves. Have a blessed day coach!

Nice man, that's the way. If you need to, having some kind of visual motivation in the form of pictures of people you look up to, or videos on YouTube you can watch to get motivated, will help. If I'm not in the mood sometimes, watching a YouTube video or listening to music can get me hyped and ready to go.

And I know you were talking about this advice being liike caffeine.. but even if you need some coffee or pre-workout, that's OK! Just try not to rely on it all the time 😁

Keep up the good work!
