Hi im 24. Lifting for 3 years now. I have been facing knee problem for a few months now. I tried physiotherapy and ortho doctors. They suspected a soft tissue injury. Even after the therapies, the problem vanished for a while, but came back again when i deadlift or squatted. It is a pain under my knee cap, quite sharp. This pain demotivates me and i feel weak and out of confidence. Is there anything i can do to recover conpletely from this? Please help me.

@Kanwarsgill If the pain has come back, I'd suggest you go back to the physiotherapist man. It's possible that you went back a bit too hard a bit too fast. Might need to spend a bit more time on rehab unfortunately.

@Kanwarsgill Yeah you definitely want them healthy. Maybe don't give up completely on squats and deadlifts, just don't do them until you get your knee issue fixed. Obviously if you get the word that you shouldn't do them any more, then avoid them.. but you will hopefully be able to ease back into them later!
