Me: 6'1" 210 lbs male; a lot of experience.

Friend 1: 5'7" 125 lbs female; sports background, not a lifter.

Friend 2: 5'8" 180 lbs male; not into fitness, but trying to lose weight.

We enjoy working out together, but I don't know if we are all getting as much out of our workouts as we could.

Right now we are doing a 5 day full body split:

Tue: Full body

Wed: Cardio

Thur: Full body

Fri: Cardio

Sat: Full body

Sun & Mon: Rest

I would like to begin the Push, Pull, Legs program on this website, but I want to make sure that I am making the right decision for all three of us.

What do you think?

@DevynSmith4 It depends what your goals are. For your second friend whose goal is to lose weight, but they're not into fitness, he might want to do something like the home program. They're only 20-25 minute workouts, and Upper/Lower/Abs split, circuit style of training which will definitely help him lose fat (while eating in a deficit). https://muscularstrength.com/12-Week-Home-Program

As an advanced lifter, PPL can still be good for you to build muscle and strength, and for your female friend, if she wants to start doing a bit more lifting, it can also work great for a beginner looking to build a really solid base.

What are your goals?
