Me: 6'1" 210 lbs male; a lot of experience.
Friend 1: 5'7" 125 lbs female; sports background, not a lifter.
Friend 2: 5'8" 180 lbs male; not into fitness, but trying to lose weight.
We enjoy working out together, but I don't know if we are all getting as much out of our workouts as we could.
Right now we are doing a 5 day full body split:
Tue: Full body
Wed: Cardio
Thur: Full body
Fri: Cardio
Sat: Full body
Sun & Mon: Rest
I would like to begin the Push, Pull, Legs program on this website, but I want to make sure that I am making the right decision for all three of us.
