Thanks for all the great content and helping so many people get fit. I've been inconsistent in the gym for years. Sometimes I'm training 4-5 days a week for a few months then I'll fall off and I'm out of the gym for 2 months.
Basically, I'm no stranger to good form and different exercisizes. I wouldn't call myself a beginner but I don't have the physique I want. My main goal is to LOOK my best by summertime. Which program would you recommend. My initial thought is to do the 5 Day Body Building Split program. I'm 130lbs around 20% body fat.
