Hi everyone. I am returning to the gym after almost 1 year, since my daughter was born just couldn’t find the time (I know excuses excuses). Today was my first day at the gym and it sucked!

I want some advice, maybe I should focus on compound lifts for the first month to bring myself back to form and weight. I am wondering if there is anything specific I should follow. Any recommendations?

Really need some help!!

Cheers

@Daniyal_mufti Congrats on the birth of your daughter! That's amazing, you must be so proud! And that would definitely take a lot of your time. Glad you found your way back to the gym now though!

Focusing on your compounds initially would be a great idea. But you can do more than that too. I think Full Body Evolution might be a good option for you, because that will allow you to train three days per week so you still have plenty of time for your family!
