Hey Scott!

Here is my first suggestion:

How do member awards within the forum sound?

What I mean by that is having awards for members that accomplish certain things.

For example:

A veteran type award (members who have been a part of your site for "x" amount of years.

An innovator type award (members who suggest ideas that get implemented)

An article lister type award (members that post multiple articles which are helpful to the community)

etc.

These awards would be placed somewhere along the side of the member's info where it has: "lvl", "goals", "date joined" etc.

Here is my second suggestion:

Create a new forum section entitled "We Want to Know Who You Are!" or "Introduce Yourself"

That way new members get a friendly welcome and it allows this place to feel even more like a community.

I would have all kinds of free stuff with that reward system :D

I really like you "Introduce yourself" thread though! Thats a great idea considering people usually just introduce themselves when they ask their first question. That definitely needs to be made!

Great suggestions. I will take them into consideration for sure.
