I'm hoping to use my profile on this website as my fitness record of progress over time. The "progress" page of the personal profile has an excellent function towards such a use: body weight is graphed over time, with each entry (weight and date) a data point on the graph. Such a format for our "lifts" page would be GREAT! The way it works now, only the most recent entry is saved, so there is no way to track progress (or loss) over time. Also it would be nice if we could customize (add) whatever lifts (or other exercises) we actually do, and again, track the achievements by graphing them over time.
Working out, reading a lot on health and nutrition, experimenting with exercise and diet to find my personal best way to health.
