HIi Scott!

was thinking on the way to work this morning about a cool idea that maybe you could incorporate into your upcoming app.

How about a programmable section where you can plug in your workout, your sets, reps, and rest timealong with some cool features.

Let's say it's Push A for example.

You could program that you are doing 7,7, 6, 4, 3 bench press with 2 minutes of rest between.

You hit go and it plays a motivating song while you do your set.

Then when you're done you click a button and a countdown timer starts for your rest and plays a different relaxing song.

Then with 5 seconds to go there's your voice going "Get ready!"

And then the motivating music resumes for your next set.

You could theoretically have the user program his or her own routine, or pull from some of your stored routines.

Obviously your real time workouts wouldn't need this :)

Just wanted to share with you!

yeah something like that would be great in the future! once we nail down all the basic features to navigate the app we will be getting more advanced like that!

Great idea!!

Thanks for the suggestion Jeff! Right now I'm just working on getting version 2.0 of the app to actually launch haha, but yeah we will be adding tons of updates once it's live, so you never know we might be able to incorporate some fun things like this in the future!

There is actually a way to program your own workouts on your profiles at the moment.. just that there would be no motivating music to go with it 😋 ðŸŽ§ Buuuuuut you can always set up your own motivating playlist in the meantime!

There's an app called "Daily Strength" that does just this. It could help save you time if you recommend this app instead of developing your own version of it.

@Novirius Oh really? Thanks for letting us know about the other app! I guess with my real time workouts you don't need the music anyway, you have me yelling at you to motivate you! Haha 😁
