Several years ago I had my left wrist reconstructed after tearing every ligament in the joint. The surgery was a sucess, but they ended up doing quite a bit of nerve damage in the process. Now my left hand doesn't have much feeling, limited coordination, and have the grip strength of a 12y/o girl that hand. There's no training that can fix this, trust me, there's nothing there to carry the signal to my hand from my brain. I've adapted well to it, but things like pull-ups have been out of my program for awhile and I want to rectify that. These hook straps look like a potential solution, but I would like to hear some of your experiences with them before I give them a shot. Thanks.
