I.  I am looking for an affordable (under $500 preferably) rowing machine that does the following:

1) Gives Strokes per Minute (SPM) or Rows per minute (RPM)

2) Allows me to set an interval program (45 seconds intense/30 rest)

Any out there which fit the bill?

I suppose I could do with just #1, but definitely need that and prefer #1 and #2.

II.

Looking to get a cheap but good dip station that I can do chest and try dips, with a weight belt (so needs adjustable width and ample height).

Any recs?

I already have a power rack so not looking to spend a lot of money or get anything redundant, like more pull up bars.

Thanks.
