Hopefully you saved your transfer code or linked your account to Facebook as you should. Try playing the game on an emulator such as Nox to see if it will work there. Also make sure you are downloading directly from the Google Play or App store. Personally I've never had that problem before but I've heard of others who have.

You also need a strong internet connection to download all the game's information at first. So maybe go to somewhere with a strong connection or sit closer to your router while it is download so it doesn't get interrupted. If connection isn't the issue, I'm not too sure then man, maybe just try resetting your phone and downloading it again.

Yes I have linked my account to FB

And even when I try it via Nox o still get the same issue

I've even uninstalled and reinstalled like 6 tines now

Cleared cache like 15 tomes

I've even sat right next to the modem itself bit no luck

I don't know of the issue is after RE downloading it I link my account rigjtvafter and try updating it

It's never stuffed up this bad before

You just don't know how frustrating it is considering celebraticelebration part 3 is on right now

Plus I'm missing out on the 100 hour discounted multi summons

So I read about other problems and the reason why the download may be failing is because it requires a high download speed. I guess the only thing I can suggest at this point is to maybe go to a coffee shop or somewhere else with pretty good wifi and see if the install works there. Good luck!
