Hello Alex, ive watched some of your videos on neck training and you say you should start as early as possible.

I want to know if training neck would be good for me since im 14, might sound stupid but don't want to screw my posture.

And what exercises should I do and sets and reps, I currently only do neck curls 6x50 = 300 reps with a 5kg plate with 90 sec rest time.

( last 2 sets can only do about 30 reps, if so I rest 10 sec and finish it off)

Are neck curls enough or do I also need to incorporate side and back of the neck.

Thanks !

@xxdennismcxx You can definitely start now bro! What you're doing now is a great start, lots of volume! You can add some of these movements for a bit more variation if you like...

Hey brother I wouldn't worry about it! Many 13 and 14 year olds begin neck training for sport, and you don't have to go super heavy if you don't want to. High volume with a lower weight will be perfectly fine if you're worried. That said, your current routine should be fine, reps of 50-100 is great.

Damm man you were right you progress so fast on neck training, I can already do 50 reps with 10kg plate and I can already see progress coming from the pics I took.

Thanks guys for helping me out 👍

Awesome brother! Keep smashing those PRs and soon you'll have a crazy bulldog neck. Also be sure to take many pictures, because you'll be impressed with your upcoming transformation.
