video and since bcoz my body weight does not allow me to do the body weight push ups
and before watching your video i had been doing these in position where i had to put my butt in air
but after watching the video i tried the knee push ups and i also cannot do them cuz my shoulders and arms are weak and i just cant handle to take the weight on them.... like i just either fall or just stop before i fall. This was the same problem i had to face for the first week in the butt in the air knee push up( you know the one mentioned above) after a while i overcame it but i tried same with knee push ups and i have been falling or like been close to failing since 5-6 days.
Is there any other form of push up that can help me or any exercise to help me strengthen the shoulders and arms that i can do at home bcoz of my ongoing final exams. I have been doing 30 seconds 4 sets of planks , 4 sets of surya namaskara(it is a full body yoga workout) since 2 weeks . So, what can be the addition to it cuz i can only bare an hour at maximum for the exercise.
