Hi Scott, I just started The Push, Pull, Legs program today and everything went great until the end when I had to do the decline crunches in Push-A. I was only able to do 1 set of 20 and I failed out at 10 on the second set. Is that normal?

Oh that is TOTALLY normal!! They are super hard!! When you get tired, grab your hamstrings with your hands to help you finish the reps!
