Hi!

The gyms in my area are closing due to Coronavirus. I have access up to 45 lb dumbbells and 90 lbs on a barbell. Is there a way to do PPL at home? Or what workout program should I switch to while the gyms are closed?

Thanks, and stay healthy everyone!

@MegabyteManta Do you have any lighter dumbbells as well? If you do, my home program is perfect while gyms are closed. If those dumbbells and the barbell up to 90lbs is going to be heavy enough though, you could make some adjustments to some of the PPL programs to still do a similar routine.

Check out the home program in the meantime and if you decide to go with PPL instead, just post on the routines you're thinking of trying and which exercises you need alternatives for!
