I am currently working the full body evolution plan, been on it for 12 months now (apart from when gyms were closed!) but considering changing over to a PPL split.
Main reason for this is i just feel that its a bit samey and i'm kind of losing a bit of interest in it and as such not really looking forward to it as much as i was when i started.
Biggest concern i have with changing over is the frequency, realistically a 3 day split is ideal for me - mon/wed/fri as i cant get to the gym at weekends.
That's where i felt full body was really covering everything within those days but I have a little concern that i cant get the frequency of PPL high enough as if i was to change to a 3 day PPL i am only hitting bodyparts once every 7 days.
Could a mon/wed/fri work on a PPL?
I did download the calendar for PPL on the site and think i would fit somewhere between month 1 & month 2 on past experience.
I could potentially increase frequency to;
mon - push
tue - pull
wed - legs
thu - rest
fri - push
sat - rest
sun - rest
mon-pull
I am interested to know everyones thoughts on 4 training days above?
