On december of last year(2013) I had a reality check. I was in REALLY bad shape and my healthy was equally shameful. I was weighting 100Kg(something aroung 220 lbs) of pure fat and I have been sedentary since I can remember. For new years resolution I promised that my life would change in 2014. I wouldn't begin some diet or try to lose some amount of weight only...I decided to change my life style. On the first week of the year I went out looking for some sport to do, because I always hated the gym environment, and I couldn't find any that fitted on my daily schedule. I spent the next weekend convincing myself that the only thing that I could fit on my day was the gym. And on january 10th of this year(2014), yes...it was a friday, I started my journey. My first main goal was to, healthly, lose 20Kg(44 lbs) in one year. It was very hard at first, but the little by little I was abble to break my bad habits. I found Scott on youtube and immediately got addicted. I took him as a inspiration. Now its been 7 and half months since I started my lifechanging quest and I feel like its only the begining. I've lost 34kg(almost 75lbs) crushing my first goal and replaced it with a few others. I'm having a hardtime with food. I know that I have to eat more in order to gain muscle, but I'm kind of traumatized by my past. Sorry about my english for anyone who reads my story.
