About Me   

Since I was very young I loved to Play Cricket and Go cycling with friends. With being a fat kid I always had trouble in keeping up with my mates in all activities. So I began to exercise at home at the age of 10. but that did not give me good results so I kept eating whatever my parent could give me and kept on gaining unwanted fat. It was very difficult for me to pay attention on my body with so much to do at school and work hard on studies. So after finishing my school I joined the Gym for the very 1st time at age of 17 and totally changed my diet plan. I started eating Low fat low sugar foods and sometimes went on 12-15 hours fasting with only drinking water when I felt hungry and kept on lifting weights and did cardio in gym for 1-2 hours every single day. At that time I lost Approx 23KGs in 18 months but this weight loss did not last for longer because I was only loosing my muscle mass and not the fat. So After I started my job the life once again got very busy and my job was to sit on a computer chair for 8-10 hours everyday so I started gaining weight again. I tried going for walk at night before dinner but this also did not help. So decided to stay what I am with heavy amount of fats in my body and keep living my life as an obese person. But after few years I realized that I started to feel pain in my knee and ankle joints and my bones started to hurt just by standing for 10 min. At this time I realized that I need to loss weight to keep living or else I will die because fat people are most likely to catch heart diseases and diabetes. I once again joined gym in Feb,2016 and started working out hard but I did not make any changes in my diet because I knew that Dieting will only give me weakness and temporary weight loss which I dont want. Now its been 1 year that I have not losen any fat any weight but I feel that I have gained strength from 1 year work. I want to lose fat.
